Lighting Column Order Specification
STANDARD COMPOSITE LIGHTING COLUMNS
Kingsmill have a range of standard columns (street lighting poles) available for either flange base mounting or burying directly in the ground.
The choice and design of a lighting column must, however, incorporate wind loading calculations specific to the area in which the column is to be installed.
Lighting column design complies with EN 40-7:2002.
Kingsmill can assist the customer in designing the most suitable column for their application.

CUSTOMISATION
Columns can further be customised through . . .
- The provision of a hinged base, particularly suitable where roads are narrow or aerial lift trucks cannot be used
- Columns with different bottom and top diameters and reinforced wall thicknesses to suit different load conditions
- Base plates and bolt spacings can be modified to suit customer requirements
- Access doors can be produced in different dimensions
Our columns can be provided with either standard aluminium brackets or customer specific brackets.
